Can I Call Or Email To Find Out When My Schedule Will Be Posted?

Please refrain from calling or emailing our head office asking for schedule information if it has not been posted yet.

We will notify you by email when it is posted on your online profile. Once schedules have been posted for any given season, they will be accessible from your profile page online.

As a general guideline, schedules are posted no later than 48 hours prior to your first game, and they are often posted a week in advance. Unless you have heard from us letting you know otherwise, you can trust that you will be starting on the first night of your specific league (posted in the league pop-up). Answering phone calls and emails about when schedules are posted slows this process down substantially.

The scheduling period is an intense time at the JAM Head Office.  Therefore, it may take longer for us to return phone calls and emails. We appreciate your patience and will respond to messages as quickly as possible.
