Once you have registered and paid for your sport(s), your individual registration will appear in your profile as "Not Yet Assigned" to a team. Your profile will remain as such until JAM posts your schedule. If it turns out that we were unable to accommodate the registration, you will be emailed suggesting alternative arrangements. If you do not hear anything from us, please be patient as we are in the midst of assembling your team and will notify you when we have placed you on a team and posted your schedule. Remember: no news is good news! We aim to provide you with your team details within, at least, 48 hours of your first game.

 

If you sign up for a program on the same day as the first session, please email us at info@jamsports.com as we will have to add you onto the team before the session begins! Please keep in mind that our business hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM, so if you sign up after 5 PM on the same day of the first session, we may not be able to add you in time. We do our best to keep an eye on this, but you can email us just to make sure we catch it.
