In order for your teammates to be able to see their schedules, team information, and updates about the league, they must be added to your team roster online.  If they aren't added, they will not be able to view any details about the team games (dates, time, location, etc.), and they may not be eligible to play. The JAM policy dictates that captains must ensure that all players are added to the official roster online and must verify they have all signed the waiver form to be eligible to play in our leagues. The TEAM System helps share the management and responsibilities of the team with all teammates. The captain is responsible for inviting teammates and making sure they have profiles created, but they can assign "Assistant" Captains to the team, to help them with tasks such as submitting/approving scores.

The waiver check is also incorporated into this process: you will now know that if a player is listed on your team they have approved the waiver and are therefore eligible.  Once you have invited an individual to your team, the next time you build a team for a different season, you can simply add people to the new squad with a single click.
